These terms govern your use of ThaiRus consulting and trade facilitation services. By engaging with us, you accept these conditions in full.
ThaiRus provides cross-cultural business consulting, market entry strategy, and international trade facilitation connecting South Africa with Southeast Asian and Eurasian markets. All engagements are defined in a written agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary documentation for us to perform the services. Failure to do so may delay delivery and does not constitute a breach by ThaiRus.
All materials, reports, strategies, and tools developed by ThaiRus remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a limited license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes only.
ThaiRus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or market results.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three years.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. ThaiRus reserves the right to update these terms at any time; material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
